Lucas. Squirtle is extremely expendable and thus could easily get cut for a newcomer.

Isaac is interesting and would represent a new series, Chrom is what we're used to seeing and would represent exactly what we've gotten in the past 2 Smash games.
That's pretty much best of 2 Golden Sun picks vs meh of many Fire Emblem characters.

Andy, I think he would have the best move potential. Possibly calling in air strikes and riding a tank, that would be pretty cool.

I've always disliked Waluigi, and I've grown to love Daisy's annoying screams in Mario games. I play as her often in side-games, and while I have no want for her in Smash, I think the idea of a character centered around obnoxious yells could be hilarious. Waluigi could probably achieve the same thing, but I like her more.

Dedede; his voice is basically canon in my head. K. Rool I don't associate with as much, though I do still imagine DK and Diddy's voices from that show when playing as them.

Pichu. They should have cut Mario for Dr. Mario. And as a "Gen 2 baby" I was upset that Pichu of all Pokemon was the Gen 2 rep.

Conker. Sure he's from a less legendary game with a worse diversity of moveset, and wasn't completely tainted on microsoft by not being in Nuts and Bolts.. But he can say f*** s*** that with me as a response.
