Gallade for Brawl!

I'm probably the only person who really wants to see this, but how cool would it be if Gallade was added to Smash Bros Brawl? He'd probably be a Lucario Clone, but I think he has enough moves to be more unique. I realise there's about a 0.01% chance of him being included, considering that he has no major role in any Pokemon canon, but it's still a chance...

MiddleWeight Class

A: Slash - Just a regular punch
AA: Slash - Just like the first, but with the opposite arm
AAA: Fury Cutter - Contiuously strikes with his blades

Left/Right A: Brick Break - Gallade swings an arm in a chopping motion
Up A: False Swipe - Gallade swipes the air above him
Down A: Ice Punch - Thrusts an icy fist downward

Dash Attack: Strength

Smash Left/Right: Focus Punch - Thrusts a powerful punch forward
Smash Up: Thunderpunch - Zaps the foe with an electrified fist
Smash Down: Giga Impact - Gallade slams into the ground furiously.

B: Psycho Cut - Fires a glowing purple blade forward.

B>: X-Scissor - Gallade charges forward and swings both arms in an X shape.

B^: Night Slash - Gallade leaps up with his blades outstreched. Similar to Marth/Roy's B^ move.

BV: Protect - Creates a barrier that knocks back anyone who strikes the shield (No damage is inflicted). Lasts up to 4 seconds.

Nair: Fire Punch - Swings around a flaming fist
Fair: Slash (in midair) - Swings one of his arms forward
Bair: Slash (in midair) - Swings one of his arms backward
Dair: Ice Punch - Thrusts an icy fist downward
Uair: Aerial Ace - Swings his arms swiftly above his head

Grab neutral: Fury Cutter - Slashes the foe repeatedly while grabbed.
Grab forward: Mega Punch - Grabs the foe and punches them forward.
Grab backward: Reversal - Grabs the foe and punches them backward.
Grab upwards: Seismic Toss - Throws the foe skyward.
Grab downwards: Body Slam - Grabs foe and slams them into the ground.

Final Smash: Close Combat
Gallade lunges forward and grabs the nearest opponent and unleashes a flurry of punches, inflicting massive damage (Remotely similar to Link's FS). He finishes with a powerful punch, knocking the victim away

Entrance: Enters in a burst of purple mist (Teleport)

Taunt 1: Folds his arms and laughs to himself
Taunt 2: Thrusts his arms upward and cheers himself on
Taunt 3: He retracts his blades, then extends them, just like his animation in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl

I'm kinda upset about that too. Best case scenario would have been both of them get in and team up in SSE. Ah well, can't have everything we want...

Technically every Pokemon is Pokeball material
It's probably just me, but I can easily see Gallade being so much more.

Because, honestly, how else could someone figure out a Pokemon's importance to the series. Very few pokemon (Mewtwo) have any plot around them and none are essential to beating the game. There's no fair way otherwise to choose a Pokemon out of 400 somethin'

Uh....I think it's because Gardevoir looks like a female only pokemon in Hoenn, but it could be a male too. So what they did for the next game is that Gardevoir can only be female while Gallade can only be male.

You make a good arguement there. I guess I was kinda blinded by my massive hatred of Pikachu and Pikachu related Pokemon aka Plusle & Minun.
Plus I tend to go for the underdog in these situations.

I guess that's why they made Gallade. To stop all the cross-dressing references to Gardevoir. Didn't really work though. Male Kirlia evolving to Gallade should've been automatic instead of having to use a Dawn Stone.

Correct, although he'd most likely be more melee attack oriented, like in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl.

I admit I was phasing into a rant there, so don't take it too seriously. On a side note, I'd love to see Ridley iin Brawl, I just think he's more likely to be a NP boss.

I believe there is already an abundance of Ridley topics. Making a new one would be quite redundant. I understand now just how popular Ridley is. I won't make that mistake again. I wish Gallade was this popular...

I would, but my interest in Ridley is not as high as my interest in Gallade and as a result, my point would not get across as well.
