Actually, I forgot to look at the recent posts before posting today
Anyway, Gardevoir being designated as a Pokeball Pokemon doesn't rule Gallade out. Mew is a Pokeball Pokemon and always has been, yet Mewtwo became playable. Waluigi is an AT, but Wario is playable. See what I'm getting at? A character getting deconfirmed does not rule out their counterpart entirely.

True, but I still cling to my hopes for him, just as you would cling to <Insert character that Vesperview wants to be added to SSBB>. I would be happy if either of them got in, but Gardevoir has already been deconfirmed
