Yeah, this is a bit silly, but since playing with rulesets is the thing to talk about right now, why not?
I think that having an option to do G&W's Judgement Hammer is very slightly more fair than Rock, Paper, Scissors. To make an easy example, RPS might be one-sided if you're playing a set with Prog, lol.
For those that don't know, it's both players selecting G&W, and using his Judgement Hammer, where the highest number wins whatever it is they're deciding about (Stage Striking Order, Port Priority, etc). G&W's Hammer for the first time is one of 3 through 9, and the possible numbers change after each use, though if the players need to do another use (due to a tie), they have the same numbers possible.
(Just as a fun fact, the first use is never a 1 or 2, the second use is never a 2, and any use of it cannot be one of the last two numbers. This means that any use of it has one of seven numbers to pick from. So if you're playing G&W and just got a 9, be sure to use Judgement Hammer twice more for another chance at a 9!)
Thoughts? It's a little slower, and I don't know how much extra time it would take to just do this at a tournament lol, but it adds a tiny bit more fairness to the game.
Edit: Minor mistake.
