Human flesh? Really? How far in the future are you thinking this will happen?
That is strange.
Why do you think that?
Ok, call me crazy but I had an idea with my brother.
Here it goes.
Human flesh is the only type of meat that is not considered a food, mainly because of cultural aspects on morality. Plain and simply, cannibalism is frown upon because so little amount of creatures practice this dietary idea.
However, supposedly if one decided to open a restaurant that specializes in cooking human meat and selling it as a course of meal. This would have several aspect to it.
1. The meat would be donated by those who approve of their bodies being cooked after dying.
2. Since the donors would be few the price of the meat would be incredibly high.
3. The price of the meat would be that of a status symbol, only those wealthy enough could eat this delicacy, therefore growing into a bigger fad with those with money.
4. It would be profitable in terms of economics and status symbol, this would significantly change the world on aspects on morality.
It seems crazy, but with a couple of twists and turns, it very well could happen.
I don't know when this would occur, but I actually might do it when I'm older.
