This tournament was so funny. I had to fight 4 metas knights in a row.
Meta#1- This one was spamming the tornado and up-B. I had the match but made a careless mistake. Metas love to try to up-B off the stage when out are out there and forgot about that. So I lost. So the next round same stage (battlefield). And I 2 stocked him there playing more on point. Then he goes to Delfino. I had a ruff start and he gets an early lead. Not use to play meta there. First time actually. So just had to make up some stuff on the spot. Manage to catch up and win. Think I 2 stocked him there, not sure.
Meta#2- It was Inui. Game one was on battlefield. Me and him was going head to head and it was last stock last hit. I was doing fine and he had high damage. He fairs me and I DI it so bad that I went straight instead of up. And I could not recover back to make the stage, out of range. Game 2 (same stage) I got to a bad start and he was ****** me. I switched up a lil and made the comeback and tied it up, last stock, high damage. I messed up my jab game I was going for and he up-B out the shield. I had like 180 I think. I got him next time.
Meta#3 Another spamming nado and up-B The first game was on battlefield and I 2 stocked him there. Then he picks Delfino and I 2 stocked him there.
Now at this point I was stressed and tired as hell from fighting these metas. I went out to get gatorad. I was drained on energy and focus from those fights, and me running on three hours of sleep too.
I come back to the venue and hear I have to fight another meta player. "I was like are you freaking serious? I can't do this **** anymore." @__@ Give me a Snake, a Marth, anything, don't care how gay they play but enough of the metas!!!!!! >___<!--! I just walked to my TV and got ready to play..... <br /-->
Meta#4 I had to fight TheDoom or Doom as all call him. First game (Battlefield) I got off to a bad start. That gatorad as not kicking in well enough. He had an early lead. I manage to catch up and bring it down to last stock high damage. but he got the last hit. Game 2 (take a guess where icon_razz) I try to play as hard as I can in my weak state and I managed to 2 stocked his meta. Then game three he decided to go snake and pick halberd. I was like "you son of a *****!" He was camping me and trying to bait tilts for kills. I knew off the top kills is what he wanted. So I tried to play more grounded. I used my ground game alot, had no choice. And stuck to me out camping him when he did it. The game were close cause space is kinda limit for me with snake. But it is also good for me cause easy to pressure him. But I managed to win.
After that I had to fight a falco. I was like finally, no more meta knights, I crawled from the depths of hell, ahahaha! it was against Belachigo. His falco is freaking good as hell. this dude was on some crazy stuff as falco, The game were close, but I managed to win by a stock. It was on battlefield. Then he goes Marth And picks smashville. The fight is going head to head. I had him then he comes out with a tipper Bair and I die. I was like O_O. Decided to me more careful. Game three (I won against his falco on battfield so that stage was gone) Decided to pick smashville to play on again. (I need my platforms.) I started playing on point and did better than the second game and won the match. That dude is indeed a beast and see why he is ranked in NJ.
Then I was told I had to fight atomsk. The first game was last stock high damage. I was in the air over DDD while he was on the stage. I knew when you are over DDD, the will uptilt. I back air but a timing was off. DDD uptilt and it hit the extended hit box of her azz and it killed me. it barely hit her azz or else that was not suppose to hit. Still looked weird. And did not look like I was suppose to get hit by it. Game 2 was another close one, this was on battle field. I got hit with his Bair and I DI it wrong and flew straight from the other side of the stage and died. He was on the brink of death 2 while I could have lived a lil longer.
I lost to 2 high ranked players and nearly beat them so I am happy how this tourny went. and also survived a gay meta fest. After the tourny Inui and I THINK Atomsk were saying Peach should be high tier. It was so funny. Tourny was fun and something I can never forget. That bracket was too funny. A Peach in a tourny with high tiers and gay game play and out of all those people, They had to give me a bracket with 4 metas in a row. And another funny thing was, I had to fight and lost to both Inui and Atomsk in winners/losers. Weird and funny day that was.
