Fsmash: when do you use it?

You should not consider it a KO move, but rather a move that does good damage without staling your down smash. Try using it out of your Tornado's to trick people.
His forward smash has the most knockback of any of his smash moves. Only a fool wouldn't consider it a KO move, regardless of how much lag it has.

Not very often. I use the front smash to

A. Surprise,
B. Gimp fox's recovery
C. Go "hah!" after killing an opponent. :bee:

I always use Fsmash to punish an opponent after lag, but I especially like to use it when an opponent performs a ledge roll or attack, or overshoots the edge with a recovery that leaves them helpless.

Basically, a general rule of thumb is to always use Fsmash if you have the time to pull it out instead of a Dsmash, which is going to get diminished to hell for most Meta players who spam it.

Variety is key.
