Has anyone ever taken the time to outline frame advantages vs every characters entire movelist?

7 frames of landing lag on nair vs 9 frames for most other characters. Doesn't seem like a huge difference, but it makes nair incredibly hard to punish if you're not literally standing right outside fox's nair range.

I think "hitbox advantage" is more important, shine beats everything else if done as fast as possible (more likely impossible for sane people).
