Fox's f-air seems pretty bad. In what situations would it be most useful if at all?

Ankoku's got the gist of it, allow me to clarify some finer details. To SD with.
always jockin' FLT hahaHmmm I used to think this until just recently like last weekend watching FLT use Fair in a lot of his matchs. On caveman he did shffled nair to fullhopped fair to uptilt to uair. O.O. lol. And also shffling fair into a shine on peoples shields does wonders to get you a grab.

Unless you want to embarass the **** out of someone by killing them with it.always jockin' FLT haha
but on topic, fox's fair should never be used. ever. =/
My friend says he wants to see this in a combo video:a longer range weaker version of the nair. for those times a nair just won't quite reach and someone's about to wail on your ***, and you need to hit them. For edgeguarding falco and exclaiming that they died to fox's fair (along the lines of fastfox's logic). for doing a shine turnaround to bair, but using the fair anyway for a ******** SD.
lol yeah but it would be wicked sweet if someone could pull it offprobably won't work. but would look really cool. and the fox would have to be stupid. actually, the falco would have to be stupid to. I don't even know if fox can be hit by all of falco's fair hits. not to mention being in the correct place to be phantasm meteored. might work on peach at 0 w/ an up throw, but both ppl would still have to be ********.
