Fox's Dash Attack...

I think that his dash attack is top tier.

It combos into kills, can be used for edge guarding in certain match ups, you can cross up with it to avoid shield grabs...there's a certain spacing that makes you look like you're in shield grab range but you end up ducking out of the way without going behind the other character...

The only short comings really are CC and it gives people the weird boomerang momentum when they're laying on the ground.

ya, someday i'm goign to have to get good enough to use fox's dash attack..it's just that in general his grab game is so godly that it's hard to use the dash attack that much..

any particular tips on where to use it in matchups vs marth or other fastfallers? I mean if i see them trying to dash away i can sometimes tag them with this but usually i just try to tag them with a nair cause it combos better

Vs. Marth I usually follow a dash attack with a Usmash or Nair, depending on DI... or sometimes another dash attack ... vs. fastfallers, you can actually juggle them with dash attacks for a while then finish them off or lead them into a combo... I love to cross up a dash attack when my opponent thinks I'm just gonna go at them head on, and they go for a shield grab and I hit them to a decent combo or a kill.

fox's dash attack is perfect for killing caracters that float a lot and die at low percentage and its also great because it is fast and hard to D.I.

fox's dash attack is fun to combo into after a shine, instead of a grab or jab on characters that fall down.
