I was just playing a Meta Knight on Pictochat and I caught him with a right-facing chain grab right as the wind-blowing picture appeared. Apparently, you can basically infinite chain him (and probably others) if you chain toward the wind, since the wind keeps blowing both of you. 
Thought I'd mention that, since it was really cool-looking, even though that's just one very small part of a counterpick stage. Give it a try, heh. There might be other applications for this.
