Footstool to Waft?

I was in training against a Bowser and I found the perfect way to pull off an aerial waft 100% guaranteed on Bowser. I have tested on other chars, and the only it works on is Bowser.

Simply footstool then waft. Not too complicated. It is true if done fast enough.

I'm not sure but I think I saw somewhere that you can do this on almost every character with half waft.
