I'm gonna dust of my wii on wednesday to make some codes, so dump every stupid little thing here.

Fighter.pac contains actions 0-0x111 and a few subroutines that apply to all characters.

ok, I just went out to check what to do, but I need the source file of the PSA program to even try something here.

I'm gonna send a message to PW to see if he can give me the neccesary files, but I don't think I will have them anytime soon.
