Fighting Aerial Campers

Most of you probably know who I mean already. Mario, Wario, Luigi, Ness, etc. Those who play them at their best camp the air. Theyre generally considered to be bad matchups since aerial camping by characters with even mediocre aerial range tends to destroy pikachus general strategy of running around the stage, beating things up, and looking good while doing it. But I think theres a way to, at the very least, make some of these matchups easier to deal with by reconsidering how theyre approached and changing the way pikas game is played. So lets try and brainstorm!
