My favorite Copy Ability is Sonic's Homing Attack, especially if its Blue Kirby. It gives him more distance PLUS he can still use Final Cutter to recover if it hits somebody.
Speaking of which, my brother(Ganondorf), my neighbor(Sonic) and me(Kirby) were brawling. Then I copied Sonic's power and used Homing Attack on Ganon. It hit him below the belt! My brother took a picture of it. Its so funny! Then he kicked both of our butts.
