turns into a grounded overB if performed near ground level.
On Dreamland, I recovered from off the right side of the stage with an overB while trying to land just on the stage. Both times that I tried it, Falcon landed on the ground and hit Mewtwo with the upwards (grounded) hitbox. His animation is of the grounded attack as well.
Please disregard if this functionality is intentional. I didn't see it in the 3.0 patch notes and I can't remember it ever happening in previous versions of the game. Since I only tried it twice and was successful twice, I assume it's fairly easy to replicate.
