F-smash

Is it just me or is Pit's f-smash VERY decieving? And by that I mean when I think my opponent is definently close enough to get hit by it I usually miss. It kills me how small the range on this attack is! It almost seems like he should go forward a little, but always ends up short! The punishment I've endured for this attack is soooo disgraceful...

This happen to anyone else?!?!?

P.S. I know "practice makes perfect", so please don't flame.

I would recommending trying to counter with more aerials if this is a problem since Pit progresses well in aerial combat. Forward smash should be something that is used often since it is one of your kill moves...

I haven't had too much of a problem connecting forward smash...

try changing your Fsmash to Ftilt, or at least on lower percentage

yea tbh sometime i come a little short myself, something my spacing is perfect and i hit them with the very tip end of the 2nd hit, but like you said, practice makes perfect.

yea i know what you mean pits f-smash doesnt have a whole lot of range but its a good finisher from 90-130 or so

just try to remember your spacing

The fsmash has alot more range then u might think. If you tilt the direction stick while using the cstick to smash, u can get some decent slide in ur smash.
