Exercising

I used to do Taekwondo. After I got my Black Belt I dropped out of it. It was really good exercise.

Oh yeah, I exercise tons. Every day for a few hours, in fact. My fingers have got to be godly by no -- oh wait, you meant REAL exercise? Then no.

Yeah. I'm a loser that way.

I exercise a lot. Weight lifting, runnning almost everyday.

Then after I sit down and exercise another muscle, my brain(videogames and.....school work).

I train at and play lots of squash, and I would recomend it for people who wanna have fun , but get an excellent cardio workout without the tedium of running or cycling/

For squash I train by running 4-6 km a couple times a week, and doing sprint interval training (like sprint up hill for a 100-150m, then walk down hill or jog etc, rinse and repeat.

I just do around 50-60 pushups every night before sleeping. It doesn't seem to be doing anything to my muscles though, but it is just a good way to tire myself out before a nice rest.
