EVO 2015 Question

Hello, I am pretty new to the website and all but I was wondering, can anyone compete in EVO 2015? Meaning once I register am I eligible to compete or is there some sort of invitation you receive that allows you to go in and compete? (Sorry for the noob question, again I am very new to the community >.<)

I got it I registered and it presented me with a page that asked which game I would like to compete in! I would still make the thread for those who want to compete but don't how to enter to compete. Thanks for the help! ^^
