Do you mean Turnip cancelling? Where you run off the edge and the second before your off the edge you pick up a turnip?

I'm guessing it works in much the same way as Sheik's edge-canceled Vanish. Run toward the edge, press up (or down in Peach's case) and B, use the momentum to carry you off the stage. Except Peach has a lot more traction, so your timing has to be even more acute.

Speaking of which, I've been doing it a lot lately (I did it about 3 times at a friends over the course of 5 hours of play, lol). It seems to be really useful for turnip rushing/pressuring. That's about it, I can't imagine giving you any tips on how it can be done easier.
