EC/PA Smashfest 2 | Oct 19-21

1st things first, this is meant to be a fun tournament. There won't be a lot of cash unless you're doing money matches. If you want money, THIS IS NOT YOUR EVENT.

I'm keeping the date to October 19-21 unless something unlikely comes up.

RULES

SSBM~
$5 entry fee
Seeded pools of 6, top 3 advance
Each victory earns +1 point to your record
Every wobble is -1 point to your record (the ice climber tilt infinite)
Person with the most points gets the highest seed for the next round
1 Stage may be knocked off random by each player, leaving as low as 4 stages on random.

Stages available: FD, FoD, BF, DL64, YS, PS, for random. However, ANY STAGE IS LEGAL AS LONG AS BOTH PLAYERS AGREE TO IT.

Because of the insane amount of byes last time, the tournament format has changed to seeded pools.

Please post if you plan on coming. In the meantime, I'd like to set up a list of set-ups, and housing. I'm going to ask that everyone coming bring a sleeping bag, a cot, air mattress, pillows, whatever you need. This is a college campus, so alcohol is banned from my event and the dorms, but not the hotels.

Same as last time, we WILL be offering free housing. Right now I'm going to keep that number at 10, but there's a very good chance it'll be 20 in about a month when I'm settled on campus.

For parking, you will have to come to me. I will then send you to the police station, where you'll get a parking permit. From there, you'll have to park in the storage lot. Parking permits are good for the whole weekend, and you'll only have to do it once.

As for our Aptmts, I'm gonna make a quick estimate of an absolute maximum of 7 for our room, 4 for the other (quieter ppl, possibly *****ier about it). This could change once we get on campus and estimate it out, could be up to 10... the commons room is pretty good-sized.

odds are i'll be bringing 2 cubes, tvs, ex-cords, and my PC for recording. might bring more.
as long as the date isnt around black friday or thanksgiving i should be ok with whatever.

Hmm I'm def gonna try to come to this, looks like a lot of fun =o I'm liking the date 23-25th of November, which would be awesome for me since; november 2-4 is nekocon, and 2-12 i'm gonna be chillin' with a friend i havent seen in 4 years (she's coming with me to nekcon =O) and 16-18 is nime USA. but i think my friend and i are staying with a friend after nekocon is over, but I'd so ditch that if you were to have it on the 10-12th.

if this shiz goes down on the 23-25th area, it would make November like...... the best month this year for me! hmm or the 10-12th, i could bring my friend with me, that'd be pretty cool too.

So yeah that's what i think. i also have family in PA i wanna visit, since haven't seen them in a while, so i wouldn't need housing, unless they wont let me stay with them. >____>

I will be at this event Max i'll be there primarily to help you out whatever you need consider it done. As far as the date goes i don't care just choose what's best to grab up the most amount of people. I guess at this time i can announce i'm moving back to PA due to personal reasons.
The last one was a lot of fun max i expect this one to be equal or greater to the last one. More than likely i'll house with The Cape because he loves me. Bigger and better than ever let's have a blast.

PA style - I will be accepting Money Matches from anyone who wants them provided i have extra cash on me. $1 - $5 if your not a ***** MM me.
