Step 1: Find a girlfriend.
Step 2: Introduce her to this mode.
Step 3: Get her drunk.
Step 4: Invite her friends.
Step 5: Tell them what you need to do for challenges.
Step 6: Do them challenges.

That's how I got the worst one, let a Metroid eat you out then go back for seconds.
