Because we all suck at this game :awesome:

And I've got a pretty good one.

I'm playing some friendlies with silentwolf at Genesis 2, I'm falcon. I decide to go for a moonwalk > stomp just to be fancy. I **** up the moonwalk and just wind up dash dancing, but for some reason my brain thought that I had done the moonwalk correctly, so I kept holding the control stick that direction, eventually taking me off the ledge (we were both pretty close to the ledge). Not gonna lie, I was barely paying attention at this point. So my stupid *** decides that instead of jumping back onto the stage, I should just go for the dair like I planned in the first place. So I die lol.

So from silentwolf's perspective, it looked like I dash danced past him, ran off the ledge, and ff daired to my death. Which I think is the funniest part. God I suck at this game.

Now let's hear yours, fellow smashers.

**** =D

I main ganon. So I have one life left and my opponent has one life left and I hit them off the edge
with a solid Fair. As the falco goes into firey-up-B, something flashes in my head, "FINISH HIM" So i double jump then wizards foot to go for the spike and humiliate that bird forever. Of course instead
I miss by at least 2 bowsers as my ganon falls straight into the abyss..... to make it worse I was at 0% when this occured

I was Marth in teams once and it was just me and my friend was playing Ness. I knocked him off stage and he was pretty low on FD. He tried to double jump and up-B to back on (we were both on our last stocks) and I, trying to be flashy, I went down there to Dair him, but I hit him without the tipper part and didn't spike him. I then fell to my death and lost the match.

One of the commentators on the stream last night had one I think is worth sharing:

He was playing a space animal in teams on Yoshi's Story, and it was just him and one person from the other team. He had two stocks, lost one, and on the respawn platform, immediately side b's off stage. He starts to rage, and after a second or two his partner yells "What are you doing?!" He looked back, and his character was sitting on Randall as it slid into the wall and he fell to his death.

Not me, but nonetheless stupid:
Taunt on a falling platform on Rainbow Cruise while opponent is being star-KOd.
Yes, both on last stock, tournament match, score was 2-2.

Withdrew my stage counterpick just because my opponent (chu) started complaining and basically refused. Should have told him to quit *****ing.

Yeah, Bowser rolls are actually the official units of length measurement in SSBM.

On topic:
Messed up a braindead-easy edgeguard when both of us were on last stock, high percent, and then I got killed.

Holding the ledge as puff, both me and opponent are on our last stock. He's off the stage with Falcon and if I hold the ledge I'd win by edgehogging his recovery. Instead, when he was right by the ledge after his up+b, I decided to let let go and immediately rest for style points. He then instantly sweetspots the ledge and gets invincibility before the rest comes out and I fall to my death. ._.

Wow, I could make a list that goes on for miles...
Off the top of my head, though... missing an Up-B after wall jumping on Yoshi's and instead Falcon Punching to my death.
