This guy has gained a cult following and he is my most wanted retro character.

Standard B: NES Zapper
Side B: Clay disc
Down B: Pounce
Up B: Grabs two ducks and flies up

Taunt 1: The laugh
Taunt 2: Holds a duck
Taunt 3: Holds 2 ducks
