And be slower but more strong.
But will Dr.mario return?
If he does will he have the same moveset again?

Doc will absolutely NOT be in this game. But, the Doc costume will more than likely be an alternate costume for Mario. Just like:
Peach > Daisy
Samus > Fusion Suit Samus
Link > Dark Link
Diddy Kong > Dixie Kong
Fox > Wolf

If we go by that we'd simply have mario with all white cloths, and his hat have a stethespopce design on it.

negative. Diddy's dixie costume is not a simple recolor. His hat changes from a brimmed baseball cap to a "girl scout beret", or whatever it is that dixie wears. Samus' Fusion suit also has the shoulder pads slimming down, matching the fusion look. Both of those are complete remappings, not just recolors.
