Double Thunder Attack??!

Ok so i've been playing as pikachu in brawl and i've noticed that sometimes pikachu will do 2 thunders consecutively. Has anyone noticed this and does anyone know how to perform this move?

I've also done this before but the reason for mine was my Pikachu was hit after the first thunder and canceled some delay for the second thunder
If you're talking about doing two thunders without being hit then I'm not sure, I've never tried that on purpose

I was probably hit, but I'm wondering if thats the only way you can do this move. If done right, it could be very lethal.

it is lethal, but only to people above you, so its good in a FFA but in 1vs1 the other person will probably not get hit by it.
