There are many ways of carrying PC video over to a TV, or viceversa. From there, just open up the picture as a slideshow so it has no borders or anything.how did u get it on a tv?

Actually, both SSB and SSBM had Question marks.Also, none of the games have had question marks if I recall, and I don't think they would do it now, it's too distracting, especially to newcomers who may not unlock all of that stuff.
