Well it's been a while. Here are some vids from tourneys I've been to over the past couple of months. Shoulda been more but alot of them got corrupted and whatnot so bleh. These are in order from most recent. Enjoy.

Notes: This was winner finals. Biggest tourney in texas history. I got nervous. Made lots of mistakes.


vs Sethlon (Falco)

Notes: This was an epic set in winners finals at an Austin tournament. Only the last match was saved. The rest were corrupted. Final match.

Notes: Grand finals as same tourney as above. We decided to split the pot and do a best of 3.


vs Hylian (Diddy)

Notes: A couple of matches against the infamous Hylian. His diddy was in training at the time.

For d4ba, punish his airdodges. It is very hard for Snake to get to the ground safely once you get him up there. If you see matches of me vs him, you will know what I am talking about (we don't have any recorded but I'll show you what to look for). Use Nair and Dair to edgeguard instead of Uairs, and try baiting an airdodge from him and punishing it with Upb. It works really well

Another big thing I noticed is that you tried to go aerial a lot whenever he had grenades out. If the grenade had just been pulled out, don't be afraid of rushing in from the ground and then going to the air once you get close. You shouldn't try to approach him from the air when you are really far away, he has just too many options to handle whatever you can do from afar.

I feel bad man, cause like I know I kinda shook you up from our matches and I think you would have been fine if you had played him first and then had our epic matches after you played him. I think we were on edge for too long in our matches lol But you still did great, placing 3rd at that tourney is cool in my book.

I was thinking about double blinding him and changing my character, but I had nobody prepped for that tourney besides MK, so I didn't bother. I'll be more ready next time around.

Sure thing man, I definitely plan on being there. On the Uair footstool thing, I didn't know about that, sounds really useful actually but I don't use MK nearly as well as you do, so I don't expect to be doing that anytime soon lol.

Also, next time we play I'm gonna try some different characters out that I use (I know you probably haven't seen anything other than my Wario or G&W). I need some really good MK experience in case I don't wanna use Wario or if I need a backup.

Edit: D4BA CAN'T COUNTERPICK ME!!!! Lol but seriously I know his characters too good, even if I use all Wario.

I would double blind pick Wario against him just for teh lulz and to make him think about who to use. Next time he tries to CP me, I will CP him. Trust me

Seriously, DSF was like choose, mk here are some tips. And you will win.

I'm surprised you and me haven't played in tournament yet dude. We've been to like 3 or 4 tournaments and I always end up playing Billy, Eric or Damien but not you or Santi.

Naturally, the 2nd time Damien's ever beaten me in tournament is the one time it REALLY matters.

By the way, you can shuttle loop, neutral air or up air Snake's neutral air if you aim it towards the middle of his body; there were a couple of times I saw you miss that opportunity. Either way, you did better than me in the tournament, obv, so good job dude.

yeah i want to see infinity v dojo as well when ever it happens that will be epic might happen at HOBO11 cant wait to see the vids since cant go

Yeah. Sorry about the videos. There wouldn't have been any issues if I would have been able to record on my computer. Unfortunately, my comp died right before the tourney. Still, it was nice of Rayzorium to let me use my Dazzle with his computer.
