doing that annoying backward util

It seems to me that i express difficulty in turning around whilst standing still to do an Utilt facing the other way... a necessity comboing off of u-throws. Is there better way to do this than moving the control stick to the opposite corner and hoping a utilt comes out when you hit A?

Just follow the opponent with the Joystick while holding it up so that you can do Utilt to keep comboing them.

Once u get the hang of that, its pretty easy to keep doing it.

If this doesn't answer your question, then you may not be clear with your problem.

Once you hit them with your first utilt, keep holding up on the control stick while slightly moving it to the other direction. slightly, but make sure it is always being held up.

Here's my tidbit of advice from when I played Marth: Hold the stick up to do your first up tilt, sure. Continue holding it up, but move it about 1/2 of the way between the very top notch and the notch to the immediate left or right of straight up, depending on which way you're turning of course. If you do that, and move it 1/2way between the two notches, you should turn around without risking an angled ftilt.

On this topic, I've been trying to fake out my opponent by dashdancing, then dashing past them. As soon as I pass them I want to stop, turn around, and up tilt or grab, but I can't seem to land it. Marth always wobbles when I try to stop. Any suggestions?

I don't know if you're doing this or not, but to cancel a dash (when you dash past them) hit Down first. This'll make you cancel your movement, from there, you're going to have to figure out a way to get to the utilt without jumping.. that's going to be the fun part :/

one of the easiest things in the game...

all you have to do is be very gentel and fast at the same time. when you press the A you should already turn around. don't let your character turn around, When tapping A you should already be doing the reverse up tilt.

this is similar to the reverse DS both are easy though. Don't know what the big fuss is

Sorry to get off-topic. I'm not gettin on Ken's nuts or anything, but the 2 tards that posted above me, for your info Ken is (I'm pretty certain) the top Marth in the world still, so obviously he knows what he's talkin about, and is not a scrub. Just wanted to point that out.
