I'm looking at the hitboxes of upsmash and comparing it to uptilt atm and I'm gonna say no. At least not if they sweet spot correctly. Doesn't meen never use it I mean if you know there gonna Illusion into it and it'll kill why not? Uptilt seems superior though.

it only works if your opponent sucks at sweetspotting. But for me the upsmash on fox forward be works best of FoD. maybe its something about the edge? or the foxes i play just dont know how to forward b to the edge right? but yea it's worked a couple of times for me. I wouldn't put too much faith in it though

there are better uses for the u-smash. I dd/move back and just pull it out. It's like a wall, and when you hit it, it's a killer combo starter. You can use it when edgeguarding at low percents, by throwing a fastfaller off the stage and then try to catch their double-jump or illusion with it.

If you're pretty sure they are gonna try to illusion past you, or miss sweet spot, upsmash can lead to a Knee alot easier than a Uptilt can. But, Uptilt covers both options (Although slower than upsmash)

that's my experience with it.

Btw, since you wondered about falcon. What about Upsmash vs Ganondorf's up+B? >.>
