Does the c-stick techs only work for GC contoller? PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY

I recently had a post asking whether I could use a c-stick on a NSPC. The answer was yes. However, is it the GC controller that allows me to do things like bombsliding, bidou, etc.?
Or is it the c-stick itself? Can I still do say, bidou with the Nintendo switch pro controller's c-stick? Or is it GC controller exclusive? Please answer quickly, I need to know fast! Like, really fast!

The c stick has the exact same function as the left stick on any other controller with 2 analog sticks. Whatever you can do with the left stick, you can do with the c-stick.

Yep. You can really do any tech on any controller that's not a wiimote/nunchuck
