It'd be wicked if it was. Final Flash was an epic attack and let someone as comparativly weak as ascended saya-jin vegeta was vs perfect cell almost completly destroy cell's body.. it was also awesome how if he had missed he would have destroyed planet earth with ease..

Highly unlikely. The final smash is SSB's version of a finishing move, which are found in all sorts of fighting games.
