Doc cant cape glide

idk if anyone else is having this problem but when i try to cape glide with the doc alt he just sinks
it works fine with mario however just his doc alts cant glide

That is his cape glide. For some reason or another, he falls slowly when he does it.

Try out attempting to harrass low recoveries with it, compared to normal Mario, it should have some different uses!

I like it quite a bit more than Mario's, but I mean it's whatever.
