its also not spam if it combos into itself (uptilt, uptilt, uptilt)

If its the quickest option I have in a pressure moment its not spam (Active hitbox Frame 1 - 10 moves)

If the First Active Frame is low and the active hitbox is low, its not spam (if I uptlit 3 times in a row but the thrid one is the only one that hit you)

By all means spam a move, it will get you killed in the long run against people that actualy know how to play.

It irritates me when a character has a projectile and a reflector and spams them both, like Falco. Not because its cheap, but I just can't help but feel that it's some kind of hypocrisy.

That's for sure. Especially the projectile reliant characters, like Duck Hunt and Villager.
