Do You Find Sonic's Moveset to be Uninspired?

This is something that I usually hear from people. What do you think about this?

In my opinion, his moveset is true to his nature, having a focused moveset with needing to be close up. But I wouldn't have mind if they made his Side-b into the shockwave that he does in Sonic Battle. Imagine Sonic having that projectile in Brawl. :D

I am so glad I've found someone who agrees with me. Imo, if I wasn't aware that Sonic had most of his moves taken from Sonic Fighters, I would have said that they'd borrowed the majority of his moves off other characters already in Smash Bros

And have about 5 spindashes that can't even outproritize vegetables disgust me

Definitely!

In my opinion he's the most boring characte of the whole cast.
He has spin dash and spin dash and oh do't forget to mention spin dash.

Alltogether he has few intersting moves and could have need more creativity.

I think he would be too good if he had a projectile , he's already super fast and can be hard to hit if you're fighting someone who knows what they're doing. But I do agree, they could've made d-b his s-b and maybe make s-b some kind of fast multi-hit move like marths but completely different
