Calling Donkey Kong one of Nintendo's biggest series is the largest overstatement I've heard in a long time. His games are going in terrible directions nowadays, no one gets excited about them like people used to. Two reps is enough for people to remember the good old days of DK, and that's all that needs to be represented for DK. And if we really see three(I highly doubt it) it'll be K'rool. Not many people think of Dixie over K'rool when remembering the joy of DKC.

DK is still the 3rd/4th best selling serie of nintendo equal with the LoZ serie so calling it one of nintendo's biggest franchise is not an over statement.

Fox had nothing to work on his moveset (at first),
Captain Falcon had absolutly nothing to work on his moveset either
Pit had only his bow & arrow
Ice Climbers had only their hammer(s)

and you're saying Dixie only working with her hair is not enough?


Oh and like we said before she can use items from her previous games like the little drums she uses in Barrel Blast, orange grenades, her guitar, her canon shot from Mario Hoops, summon Kiddie.... Peach uses items other characters use too (like the Tennis Racket) , Donkey Kong uses those drum things from Donkey Konga (as far as I know Diddy and Dixie also used them in that series) so there is nothing wrong with Dixie using items in her moveset, even if other characters could use them.

In that case all the current cast, Mario, Peach, Zelda, Kirby, ect. have all been shown in Trophy form, they're all out, the primids have been shown in trophy form, they're out, some bosses have been shown in trophy form, they're out... D*** your logic just killed off nearly everyone in the cast.

(By the way, I totally support Dixie, she was the most playable in the DKC series... makes you wonder why they called it Donkey Kong Country, he was only playable in one game.)

I don't see why DK shouldn't have a lot of characters, Mario has himself, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, and Dr. Mario in Melee representing his series... Yoshi is technically too but he's got the Yoshi's island icon. Donkey Kong has himself and Diddy... I can't imagine playing as K.rool then again many say the same thing about Ridley... K.rool would make for an epic Subspace boss anywho, but I'm all for new comers, so whatever Nintendo has put into the game I patiently wait to find out about.

Your examples and comparisons are beyond ridiculous, Link was never shown as a trophy before confirmation and he is not a newcomer, Daisy IS deconfirmed, please, Peach's skin color and hair changes, not to mention her accessories all of this to match Daisy, why? Cause she is obviously not going to be in the game is not just a recolor unlike Mario, whose example is terrible as well, because not only Wario doesn't have the regular outfit as his main outfit but Mario's recolor doesn't have any sort of alteration to fit Wario's character.

My point is, NO newcomer is going to be shown prior to confirmation, please, the guy has been more than secret about the roster to just show newcomers out of the blue like that.

cuz the mario serie is the most important serie of nintendo......... but its true the dk serie was underrepresented just like the kirby serie was. and just like the kirby serie i think the dk serie will get 3 rep and the 3rd being K. Rool and not dixie

1)-DK series needs no more reps as of now, but if they got on, it wouldn't be femal Diddy Kong
2)-K.Rool...K.Rool
3)-She's already been shown as a trophy, common sense indicates that she has been de-confirmed as a PC. Every other trophy shown on the Dojo has not been a PC, but Tingle has been confirmed as an AT (via Jump Festa).

What are the odds of Dixie bwing playable imo: 1.4%

No, here is where we discuss the character. That includes their chances, whether you like it or not.

And I still belive Dixie Kong is a horrible character choice. Yes, she has her hair, but that's it! Everything else she could possibly use is usable by everyone in the series. Basically, the only thing that improve's Dixie's chances over Lanky (with long arms!), Chunky(with incredible strength and girth!), Tiny(a Dixie clone!), Kiddy(muscular!) and the others is the fact that she's been more important in the series story-wise.

People say that the trophy deconfirms her as if they have played the game or they are Sakurai. While I do believe Sakurai would not reveal a characters trophy as possibly leaking them, this also does not mean she is deconfirmed.

And to the other guy, dixie has been in soo many spin off games, other games like diddy kong racing and mario hoops 3 on 3. She has a lot more potential that the 3rd wheel kongs. She is definitly next in line to diddy.
