Sure it does, with randomness comes repetitions.. Ever heard of birthday bash?
If you ask 30 random people their birthdays, theres a 50% chance two will have the same birthday.

Were you part of the previous thread for testing this? I manually did a large number of hammer throws that pretty much showed it's 1/9 if you haven't seen it in the last two hammers. Check my signature for the link.

But that's the thing: I wanted also did a lot of tests regarding other conditions that might have an effect on it in-game, such as the timer, which attacks you used last, percent you're at, etc...

But no, nothing special showed up.
