By chatting, I mean I was in a chat room with my husband Jeremy and my friend Rachel. If you want to double check my references, you're more than welcome to. And why do you think I was pming Steel at that exact moment?

I assume you noticed I was online and are making assumptions on my activity. Keep in mind that I still keep a third shift lifestyle so I'm up all hours of the night. Realistically, I'm online almost all the time since I don't have a solid schedule and I like keeping AIM on. Since I had just become a replacement for Tom in Popcorn mafia, I was busy reading all the posts to catch up. Which you well know since you're in that game.

Tandora, your vote on me is rather weak. I admit my mistake when it comes to Delvro; I dropped the ball on that one. I told him in real life (a while ago) that I played differently on smashboards than I do on aib, where most of his metaing came from. I figured he would have remembered this, but apparently he did not. That's why I figured he WOULD know I was town and why else would he target me? Cus he was scum and scared of me. I think in this case, we both just freaked out on each other and it ended badly.

Your vote on me comes down to "Mayling said she knew delvro well and he turned up town." Which pretty much equates to "she was wrong, let's lynch her." Really? You don't think we just misread each other?

Also, the entirety of day one, you kept pushing my suspicions off of you by saying I always name you scum:

I stated when I voted for Delvro that if he turned up town that I would vote for you because you two know each other's reads well. Neither you nor Delvro said anything about misreads at the time, so I had ever reason to think one of you two is scum. Since we know Delvro is town, this means I think you have to be scum.

I did ignore your claims of me being scum because I see no good way to defend from such a claim without looking even more scummy. "Oh no, I'm not scum, I'm town," is how I would come off while looking extra guilty. No thanks, I'll focus on other people's actions in the meantime.

There is definitely some buddying going on with you and Cello. The question is why? Is he your scum buddy or are you using little sister card to full advantage?

I am SAYING I didn't PM anyone in this thread. I pm'ed Steel for Popcorn to let him know I was still interested in being a replacement and so I could get my role. Ugh. It is metagaming because Mayling and Cello always think I'm scum. Mayling is using the little sister card to get Cello to follow her bogus lead. >_<

Also, Mayling is trying to divert the fact that she's not town. Why is she focusing so much on me being MJ? Why does she think that I'm specifically the indy role and not mafia?

You know, I wasn't looking for exact minutes when I double checked what I was doing at the time. I originally said I was "playing Popcorn mafia" and then YOU asked "don't you mean you were pming someone?" Then I said "I did pm someone last night." I never said at a specific moment when I did the pm. You're the one who made that assumption.

And you know what they say about ***-U-ME.

This is ridiculous in that it's the same thing that happened with Delvro. Someone pointed a finger at Mayling, she said NO, YOU!, voted back and people have followed her lead. This is exactly how Mayling plays scum. She says very little, but what she does say makes her target look scummy. She also manages to get some other player to champion her so she doesn't even need to do her own dirty work.

The only thing I've done so far is follow up on my word and then been forced to defend myself on that position. I hate getting into this trap because I am trying to clear myself but I make myself look more and more guilty.

My vote on Delvro had been based on a Town-for-Scum ratio. Delvro cleared as town, so that leads to Mayling being scum. That simple. I'd like to hear other player's rationales for voting for Delvro so we can get some more info other than the Tandora tunnel. Because if you go to the end of this tunnel, there's gonna be a toll.
