Disconnection when Trying to Join Friend's Game.

This irks me. I don't care about how many times I can't get a "With Anyone" game, but when I go through the trouble of registering a friend code and organizing the time to play, I can't even connect to my friend because of Error Code: 86420! ARGH!
I mean, eventually we can get it to work, but I shouldn't have to log back onto Wi-Fi 25 times just to brawl with my friend!

It'd rediculous that let Nintendo is incapable of atleast giving us a FUNCTIONING online, let alone a lagless one.

Are the rumours that wifi is being fixed with the Europe released true? THAT'S what I want to know.
