Dimesional Cape vs Snake near the ceiling?

Alright, we all know that Snakes recover very high.

Let's say that he is at, say, 150%, and in this position drawn below (A little bit higher, actually.):

What if MK hit him with Dimensional Cape? Would that star KO at that %
Also, this is assuming that Snake hasn't reached his IASA frames yet or something.​

It honestly never occurs to me, I only Uair, or occasionally tornado, but I think I'll try it a few times.
