Sounds good to me. Also, I would really like to come up Friday night if at all possible, but I would need housing for 3 people (Frisbie is going to come with me now too). Would anyone be able to accommodate 3 people?

I have a couple couches and and an air mattress if you absolutely can't find housing for Friday night and you don't mind staying at a chic's apartment. However, I only have one small smash setup up in my loft (I may be able to remedy this). My flat screen tv replaced my giant tube TV setup as the centerpiece of my living room about a year ago. I tried to hang on to the tube for as long as possible for smash, but alas, hi-def 3D TV goodness won out. lol
Anyway, let me know if you can't find anything else. If you end up staying - we might have to put a mini-smash fest together if no one else is hosting a pre-tourney smashfest.
*Note* I have a fuzzy white dog. He gets fur fuzzies everywhere (I have lint rollers) and loves to cuddle but is a little protective at first (don't worry he hasn't bit anyone .. that I know of lol). However, if you're allergic to pets/pet dander just beware.

We just need a place to sleep for the night. Also, I love cuddling with doggies ^_^ So, I guess just pm me your address, and expect to see us sometime around 10pm on friday if that's cool Also, I saw talk of DK earlier in this thread. People should play my DK. That is all.

My pride is keeping me from entering but I'll show up. I was too late in getting a working setup to practice on so I would play worse than the last shindig.
Anyone here know how to bypass using a wiimote to play Melee on the wii? I have homebrew/bootmii installed but I don't know what I am missing to have the option to play right after power up.

I'd be down for a Smashfest if you host one. I can bring a Melee set up if you have some extra room in your home.If you end up staying - we might have to put a mini-smash fest together if no one else is hosting a pre-tourney smashfest.
Oh, can you bring your copy of melee to DIME? I'm buying another Cube off Oracle and I'm bringing my other CRT. If you can bring another copy of Melee we can have another Full set for the tournament. If you can bring said extra copy of melee you can have the extra venue fee discount.
Note for people: Bring Power Strips. Lots and lots of Power Strips.
Just buy a Wiimote at FX for like 10 bucks.

I mean... I don't mind hosting a pre-tourney shin dig, but I literally have like 1 small set-up. I know the guys (JF + 3) who are coming to my place aren't gettin here until 10. So unless people are willing to bring a couple of extra setups would be a 1 setup smash fest... lame lol. I have tables to place said tv's.. and a wii u and a wii but neither of those have smash (my 1 setup is a 19" tv w/ a cube + smash). So yeah.. if anyone is willing to bring at least 1 other setup i'm fine hosting.... dot dot dot...
