Special Treatment

  • This requires the Wii U Gamepad.
  • The player with the Gamepad has the option to give players an item. However, to make this fair, a single player cannot be selected twice until each player has been given a "special treatment".
  • The items can go from a Tiny Mushroom to a Smash Ball.
  • To make things more interesting, however, the items given out are completely random, making this fight chaotic.
This would be really cool.

I would like the introduction of unique mini-game stages that have their own rules. Think of like the "Duelist" challenge players came up with in Brawl.

Some of these are really cool. Liking the Heavy Hitter idea.

King of Diversity
  • For each stock, choose a different character (similar to SSE or Capcom vs SNK 2)

A lot of the one's in here make me sad since they'll never be implemented (probably.)

I guess if I had to contribute something it'd be a soccer-like game. Obviously a soccer ball would appear on-stage, but not the kind found in Brawl. Just a normal soccer ball with physics that don't make it fly around as ridiculously as the current one basically.

Anyway, there's floating goal-posts on either side of a stage and players score by getting the ball to fly into the opposing teams goals.

I think something to add to this would be that maybe goals using the ball only give you 1 point, but knocking your opponent out into their own goal would score 3.

It's a pretty simple idea, but honestly I could see this being very very fun, even if it was just as a break from the main game-modes.

They have that mode in Rayman Legends and it's unbelievably fun.
Only mistake they made was not having online for it.

Poop, I wasn't aware. Probably be seen as too similar for him to ever consider it, but still, it'd be freaking great if you ask me haha.

Tower Defence
  • 2 teams
  • played in a unique stage
  • each side has a wooden tower of some sort
  • invisible wall on each side to keep characters at their towers, but allows items/projectiles through
  • the purpose is to throw items that spawn on your side at the opposing tower to try and destroy it
  • items spawn on both sides randomly
  • game is played with stamina
  • players can either sacrifice their % to hit bombs, or use other items to protect it
  • you only have one life
  • game ends when either all players on one team die, or their tower falls

Gravity Mode!
this mode is much trickier play setting than normal, as the gravity often switches not only in strength, but in directions such as more to the left or right. the directions wouldn't be to drastic as to send the players off the sides, but they would be something that needed to be tactically overcome. oh, i forgot to mention that items are affected by gravity too, just not always the same gravity. the player gravity may be strong/medium left, but the item gravity could be completely different. item gravity could be in any direction, so you may find yourself chasing after a pokeball flying to the left.

sound fun?
sound annoying?
sound both?
