ok so I was reading up on Ikes moves in a wlkahtrough i found and in this walkthrough it says there is a move called
"strong down" now I know this cant be the ariel down cause the walkthrough mentions that and it cant be the smash down...
is it the regular down?
what could strong down mean?

is there a move i have never done!?
