Differences in the pal version.

What is different in the pal version of brawl? Was any balancing done? I saw a vid of a match in israel and MK sounded like roy. Are there any real differences?

Minor spelling changes (Color to colour), in the home run contest feet were changed into metres. And also additional language options. Plus that history list of games made by Nintendo (forgot the name) was updated. And frame rate I think.
