You know, when the opponent is sent up when they take enough damage, scream, and they turn into a star into the far distance? I hope that wasn't taken out, I haven't seen it in any videos. All I've seen when an opponent is sent up when they take enough damage, they just turn into a flash of light like when they're sent off to the side of the stage.

Yeah, I always loved those. Captain Falcon's scream in 64 made me giggle alot. Luigi's used to always make me laugh. Some screams when they're Big or Tiny sound even funnier in Melee. Luigi's when he is huge almost exactly sounds like when Mario gets burnt in Mario 64. Another VG scream I laugh at. I wonder how Snake will sound?

It's more subdued though isn't it? It doesn't feel like they really slam against the screen like they did in melee. Maybe it's just sonic

What they should of done is have them stick to the screen and then slowly fall causing the glass rub noise to be hearable. THAT would be slapstick hilarious.

It would get in the way of fighting though.

It also may be like that because it's a demo version.
