Smashers,
Smashboards recently underwent the largest transformation in years. This transformation occurred in order to prepare for the coming years and position Smashboards as the largest and best forum for the Smash community. While the last few months has already seen huge changes for the forums - things are only getting started. We are still undergoing cleanup after the migration from vBulletin to Xenforo - fixes, changes, and improvements are occuring daily. Bionic has thus far done an outstanding job spearheading the migration and transition, however, if Smashboards is to maintain it's status as the hub of the Smash community, it will take a community effort to build and support the boards.
Starting today, we will be looking for Smashers who are interested in helping with the development of Smashboards and, in particular, the development of a new frontpage. This is a chance to implement something thousands of Smashers will use daily, as well as potentially execute currently unthought of ideas. Due to the technical aspects of this work, not everyone can be a developer. If you are interested in helping with the backend of Smashboards, please start a conversation (Xenforo!) with me (AlphaZealot) and include:
Thanks, and if this applied to you, go start that conversation!
