Making PRs aren't really hard but you have to know what you're doing. Look at others, they all have panelist and such.

Taking the time to find people you think are viable panelists and ask them they're opinions on peoples tourney results and such should be the first step. Making a thread is :\

Is this supposed to be a New York State (completely?) PR or NYC? NYC has enough active players to have it's own.

Ya i read the link after i posted this. I was gonna get a few people i knew to help but i also wanted help from the community. So I'm hoping I'll get a helping hand from them but we'll see.

Prog and I were actually talking about this a little while back. Was kinda tough since the people need to be pretty consistent at tourneys. You guys don't even show up to 95% of them, go play softball more.
