These are just gates for cars, so you can still walk. They're like the roadblock things at train tracks. The bar comes up and down... yea.

The thing is, you're gonna have to call me when you get there because at Broussard Hall the doors are all locked, and only Broussard residents can unlock them.

Not that it matters, but I actually used lucario instead of olimar against neon. My olimar got owned too badly in friendlies before the singles.
