Does anybody know how to remove comments that somebody makes about your own blog?

If it's a flaming comment that a troll made, then just report it.

Aside from the aspect of trying to avoid offsetting people viewing the thread who mightn't have caught on yet, trolls simply aren't worth your time. If all that someone can do is insult or insinuate, it's because they can't say anything smart or constructive.

There's no need to bother with them; they're only kidding themselves.

There's always "don't feed the trolls".

Trolls are only successful if they bait a response. If they fail to do so, then they have failed.
