Dair dair dair dair

What do you guys call it when you Dair someone as they're falling down, and it's right before they hit the ground so they can't tech but after the dair hits them they get popped back up into the air?

I never really see much discussion on it so I've been assuming that due to it's difficult nature it's not entirely useful. But i'm still curious on the specifics of it, because everytime I land one on accident or not it sets up for another 20ish percent at least

I don't know what to call it besides a well timed down air lol. It's cool because they can't tech it since they are still in hitstun during their landing frames.
